Fat Cat Card: How to Claim the Bybit Card 10 USDT Bonus
Short answer: A new Bybit Card user who applies through a referral link gets 10 USDT after spending 100 USDT within 30 days of card approval. Pay from USDT at a USD merchant and the first 100 USDT nets about +11.10 USDT. The 0.9% conversion fee comes off, and 2% base cashback goes on. Pay from a fiat balance and the cashback is gone. Top-ups to Wise or Revolut don’t count at all.
Ten USDT on a hundred spent is a 10% return before any fees. That is far more than any free-tier cashback rate, so it’s worth getting the steps right.
It is also easy to lose. The code has to be on the application before you submit it, the spend has to land in the right categories, and how you fund the card changes what you keep.
The rules below come from three Bybit pages read on October 29, 2026: the card referral page, the card fees page (updated September 10, 2026) and the card rewards page (updated October 2, 2026). The fee rates are the Asia Pacific ones. Other regions differ, and the fees page lists them.

Who can get the Bybit Card 10 USDT bonus?
The Bybit Card 10 USDT referee bonus goes to users who live in a country where the Bybit Card is available, complete at least Identity Verification Lv. 1, apply for a virtual Bybit Card with a referral code, and spend at least 100 USDT within 30 days, according to Bybit’s card referral terms.
Two groups are shut out. Bybit’s card referral page says users residing in the EEA have been ineligible for promotions since December 30, 2024, and that participants from restricted countries can’t take part.
Not sure the card is offered where you live? Our guide to Bybit Card 2026: Where You Can Actually Get goes through the regions.
The referral rules tab also says the account itself must be registered through the referral link or code as a new user. Existing Bybit users can be invited, but check which version of the rules the app shows you.
How do you apply so the referral code sticks?
A Bybit Card referral code sticks if you apply through the referrer’s link or QR code, confirm the code at the Confirm Your Information step after identity and address checks, and submit only once it shows, because Bybit says the code cannot be changed after submission.
- Open the referral link or scan the QR code before you start the application.
- Complete identity verification. The referral terms require at least Identity Verification Lv. 1, and the app may ask for address checks too.
- At Confirm Your Information, look for the referral code. If it’s missing, type it in by hand.
- Submit the application for the virtual card. Bybit doesn’t charge for virtual card issuance until further notice, per its fees page.
- Write down the approval date. Your 30 days start there.
This part trips a lot of people up. Once you submit, there is no going back to add a code you forgot.

Which purchases count toward the 100 USDT?
Purchases at normal merchants count toward the Bybit Card 100 USDT referral spend, but top-ups or transfers to e-wallets, prepaid accounts and digital accounts such as Astropay, Revolut and Wise under MCCs 4829, 6012, 6014, 6051 or 6540 do not, according to Bybit’s card referral terms.
The terms list more exclusions:
| Excluded from the referral spend | Since | Detail from Bybit’s terms |
|---|---|---|
| Top-ups or transfers to e-wallets and prepaid or digital accounts | Listed in current terms | MCCs 4829, 6012, 6014, 6051, 6540; Astropay, Revolut and Wise named |
| Personal transfers via Alipay or WeChat | March 5, 2025 | MCC 7299 |
| Certain categories paid through e-wallets | March 15, 2025 | MCCs 5399, 4722, 7372, 5931, 7399; standard cashback may still apply |
| Refunded, reversed or charged-back purchases | Listed in current terms | Bybit may withhold the reward |
When I checked the terms closely, I noticed that Bybit also keeps the right to withhold rewards on any transaction it sees as abusive, even if its MCC isn’t on the list. So a single 100 USDT purchase at an ordinary shop is the cleanest way through.
What does the first 100 USDT of spending actually net?
A new Bybit Card user in Asia Pacific who spends 100 USDT at a USD merchant from a USDT balance nets about +11.10 USDT, because the 10 USDT bonus and 2 USDT base cashback outweigh the 0.9% crypto conversion fee, based on Bybit’s fee and rewards pages as of October 2026.
Here’s the working for six cases. All figures are in USDT, for 100 of qualifying spend, rounded to the cent. Bybit’s own examples apply each fee to the transaction amount, so the table does the same.
| Case (Asia Pacific rates) | Conversion fee 0.9% | FX fee 2% | Base cashback 2% | Card fee | Referral bonus | Net |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| USD merchant, paid from USDT | -0.90 | 0 | +2.00 | 0 | +10.00 | +11.10 |
| Non-USD merchant, paid from USDT | -0.90 | -2.00 | +2.00 | 0 | +10.00 | +9.10 |
| USD merchant, paid from fiat balance | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | +10.00 | +10.00 |
| Non-USD merchant, paid from fiat balance | 0 | -2.00 | 0 | 0 | +10.00 | +8.00 |
| Row 1 plus an Asia Pacific physical card | -0.90 | 0 | +2.00 | -5.00 | +10.00 | +6.10 |
| 100 USDT sent to a Wise or Revolut top-up (cashback not counted) | -0.90 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | -0.90 |
Three things drive the result.
- Crypto conversion fee. Bybit’s fees page charges 0.9% on transactions funded with non-fiat assets, on top of its One-Click Sell rate.
- Base cashback. Bybit’s rewards page lists Tier 1 at 2% with a $5 monthly cap. Since October 5, 2026, only crypto-funded transactions earn it.
- FX fee. Asia Pacific cards pay 2% on purchases in a currency other than the card’s own.
I found that the fiat-balance rows lose more than they save. Skipping the 0.9% conversion fee costs you the 2% cashback, so paying from USDT comes out 1.10 USDT ahead. Our post on Bybit Card Cashback Missing After October 5? covers that October 5 change in more detail.
The last row is the trap. A Wise or Revolut top-up still pays the conversion fee, but it doesn’t count toward the bonus.
When does the 10 USDT arrive?
The Bybit Card 10 USDT referee bonus is credited to the Funding Account within 10 days after all qualifying requirements are met, and is claimed through the Rewards Hub, according to Bybit’s card referral FAQ.
| Event | Timing from Bybit’s pages | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| Card approved | Day 0 | Note the date |
| 100 USDT of qualifying spend | Within 30 days of approval | Transactions show as settled, not pending |
| Base cashback points | Pending 4 calendar days after the transaction completes | Auto Cashback switched on |
| 10 USDT referral bonus | Within 10 days of meeting all requirements | Rewards Hub |
Bybit’s rewards page also says cashback is set by the date the merchant posts the transaction, not when it’s authorized. A purchase on day 29 that posts on day 31 may miss the window, so don’t leave it to the last day.
A 30-day plan
- Day 0: apply through the referral link and confirm the code before submitting.
- Day 1 to 7: move a little over 100 USDT into the Funding Account, enough to cover the 0.9% conversion fee.
- Day 1 to 14: make one or two ordinary purchases in your card’s currency, totaling at least 100 USDT.
- Day 15: check that the purchases have posted and weren’t refunded.
- Within 10 days of qualifying: claim the 10 USDT in the Rewards Hub.
Honestly, one ordinary purchase is enough. For the top-up steps themselves, see Fat Cat Card: Get a USDT Card and Top It Up Step by Step.
Tips
- Keep the virtual card. Bybit charges nothing to issue it, while an Asia Pacific physical card costs 5 USDT.
- Turn on Auto Cashback so the 2% lands without a manual claim.
- Spend in your card’s own currency to skip the 2% FX fee. For trips, see Fat Cat Card: Compare Crypto Card FX Fees on a Euro Trip.
- Hold a small buffer above 100 USDT. The authorized amount can be a little higher than the purchase because of FX padding.
Warnings
- Bybit can amend, suspend or end the promotion at any time, per its terms.
- Each referee can receive only one referral reward.
- Refunded or charged-back purchases can cancel the reward.
- Fee rates here are Asia Pacific rates from Bybit’s September 10, 2026 fees page. Other regions differ. This is not financial advice.
FAQ
Can I add a Bybit Card referral code after I apply?

Do I get the 10 USDT bonus if I live in the EEA?
No. Bybit’s card referral terms say that since December 30, 2024, users residing in the European Economic Area are not eligible to register for promotions or receive rewards, and participants from restricted countries are excluded too.
Does the Bybit Card referral bonus replace the normal Bybit referral bonus?
No. Bybit’s card referral page says the Bybit Card Referral Program and the Bybit Referral Program are separate promotions with different tasks and rewards, and eligible users can receive rewards from both at the same time.
